Before the new tenant moves into your property we carry out a thorough inspection and prepare an in-depth inventory and condition report, including photographing all relevant items and areas of the property. The meters are read, the deposit is registered with our insurer under the terms of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and a legally binding agreement prepared.
