Littlemore, to the South East of Oxford is a community recognised by Oxford City Council as an area of important historic character and it designated the village as a conservation area in 1995. The area is well-served with local shops and facilities including, convenience stores, a post office, hairdressers and take-aways as well as great local pubs and restaurants. The Oxford ring-road runs through Littlemore and gives access to larger supermarkets at Heyford Hill or Cowley.
