Location

Littleworth

The small village of Littleworth to the south east of Oxford, sits on the edge of Shotover Country Park and right alongside the larger village of Wheatley. The village itself has a mixture of property styles with old cottages next to houses from the 50’s and 60’s along the main road through the village. The more recent development of Coopers Close was added in 1999 on the site of an old tannery. The village has its own pub, The Cricketers, and a small commercial site, home to car repair garages and a local building firm.

Neighbouring Wheatley

Wheatley is a thriving village community just seven miles to the south east of Oxford. It has retained an excellent range of shops and facilities making it a genuinely working village. Families are well catered for with nurseries as well as primary and secondary schools. There is a sports centre in neighbouring Holton and shops include convenience stores, butchers, bakery, coffee shop, post-office/gift shop, pharmacy and antique shop. There is also a doctors surgery, dentist, hairdressers and complimentary therapy clinic too.

The public transport links are excellent with 280 and U1 bus services providing regular access to Oxford, Thame and Aylesbury and with junction 8 of the M40 just a 10 minute drive away, Wheatley is very well positioned for those needing to drive to London, Birmingham or beyond.

We had two estate agents selling it, Wheatley estate agents were leagues ahead with every aspect of the sale, from how they showed clients round, to how dad was treated through every step of the sale.
KW
As a local estate agent the personal touch spoke volumes compared to the cold, uncaring attitude we experienced from the larger High street chain. David went the extra mile and I thank you very much.
KW
Through the whole process David, Julie and Sue were always there at the end of the phone, they gave us regular updates, chased solicitors constantly on our behalf until the sale was completed. It is one of the most stressful things in life, but if you have a team behind you like this then it really does help and they really do bend over backwards for their clients and have your best interest at heart.
LO'C
David and his team were extremely helpful and professional throughout the sale of our property. Even when our sale collapsed they were back on the case and we sold again within one day! Would recommend them to anyone.
MJ
We had a great experience buying a house marketed through Wheatley estates. David was endlessly helpful through what proved to be quite a complicated purchase.
