The village of Garsington lies approximately 5 miles to the south-east of Oxford, with a parish church dating back to 1160, many fine period houses as well as more modern developments during the 1950’s and 60’s.

The local primary school is very well regarded and the village hall provides a central point for community activities. The local pub serves great food and there are playing fields for ‘kids old and young’ to ‘run it all off’.

For day to day shopping, Wheatley is just a few minutes' drive away with a supermarket on the edge of the village and a butchers and bakery in the centre. The market town of Thame is within 10 minutes' drive where a wide range of shops and facilities can be found including a Waitrose. Oxford is just seven miles away and easily accessible.
